There’s a simple solution; outside of the states where transfer option is required by law, make it so that tickets cannot be sold through secondary sites. If all you could do was re-list them at cost, the bots would be eliminated. Unfortunately Ticketmaster doesn’t actually want to eliminate the bots as the bots make them even more $
Just take the the $350-$400 you want to spend on a pair of tickets and gamble with it. If you win, buy some premiums. Better odds than refreshing Ticketmaster all day

Technically, the actual tickets can't be sold through secondary sites. Brokers are creating a workaround. And the secondary sites would also have to agree not to allow listings for non-tranfer shows. That was the case in 2022 but no longer. That's not really within TM's control.

You’re exactly right. The only good score I’ve had from this tour was Philly 2. I got a really good pair in 102 that was stuck for at least 15 minutes. This was back within a week of when the album dropped. Since then, I’ve been on top of quite a few drops for Philly 1 and struck out every time. I’ve seen way more drops this tour and much fewer wins. 0% for the only show I’ve been actively trying to get tickets for during the past 3+ months. Probably 0-60+ if I had to guess how many different pairs I’ve attempted to buy.
Compare that to Camden 22 where I went through 4 pairs of tickets before ending up 4th row behind the pit.
The system is broken now that the secondary market is involved. I don’t bother trying for extended periods of time anymore, just random checks throughout the day hoping to get lucky on a pair that’s stuck. I’ve probably carted 6 pairs in the past week with minimal time and effort, but still haven’t completed a checkout. There must be a lot of drops happening and almost no fans seem to be getting the tickets.

Just had a timed drop, was on them in literally the first milisecond and I didn't get them. This sucks.
Timed drops often work better in the middle of the night. But with the bots now out in full force - who knows anymore.
I wouldn’t even risk it unless between 4:00am-5:00am

TM is getting to be a real asshole with these ticket searches. The last few days, it'll only let me look for tickets 3 times on my PC before it blocks me from seeing available tickets for the rest of the day. It'll still let me look on my phone, but not PC. It's been doing that to me every day for months. But it used to let me check a lot more than 3 times before it blocked me.
