Lightning Bolt over Gigaton? I haven't come across many who prefer LB. 

Genuinely curious, what do you prefer about LB?

None of these would be in my top 3 albums overall and therefore they're really not that far apart because there's songs from every album I really like...but here goes

You're not a moron for ranking all of them.
You're a moron for putting Gigaton ahead of Vs, No Code, Vitalogy and Ten!

What can I say, thats how I feel! I get more enjoyment out of Gigaton as a whole than I do the other records. 

Vs has Leash which I don't care for at all. 
No Code has I Am Open and Mankind.
Vitalogy has some filler and has Not For You which I've never enjoyed. 
Ten has Oceans which I'm not high on.

I'm not a fan of Leash or NFY either....love those albums though

I only prefer LB to Backspacer. BS ranks last for me but something has to be last. I still like the album

LB tunes I like: My Father's Son, Infallible, Pendulum, Swallowed, Yellow Moon (both MFS and YM being Jeff's and Infallible and Pendulum being part Jeff's...interesting)

BS tune I like: Amongst the Waves, Unthought...don't mind Johnny and Speed of Sound does something for me. I just don't care much for the rest for some reason. It's my 22 year old daughter's favorite album.

If felt weird for me putting it last of the 6. I didn't want to put 1a-c and 4a-c, but I easily could have spent a long time figuring that out. I still love plenty of what is on each album respectively.

Every album has a couple songs Is don't care for, that seems almost unavoidable.
VS is my favorite album of all time. But I still skip Indifference, Blood and WMA almost every time. I know I'm in the minority here, but Indifference is one of the most boring songs in the entire PJ catalogue. But the rest of the album is absolutely amazing.
It's kind of funny, more often than not I'm playing it from my phone and can skip the last song immediately. But sometimes I'm not near by or I'm playing the vinyl, I forget Indifference is even on there until it plays, I'm so used to ending the album after Leash.

My thoughts exactly. I feel like this may be there cringiest song and this line is 90% why.

The top 2 are clear of the rest, and are pretty interchangeable. Backspacer is clear at the bottom of the pile.

Binaural is the tricky one for me. On the one hand, it has one of my Top 3 all time PJ songs (Nothing As It Seems). On the other hand, it also has one of my all time Bottom 3 PJ songs (Evacuation).

It’s pretty sad to think there’s only 6 albums to choose from over 24 years though.

It's a goofy word but I still like the song overall. Something about the production of Backspacer just doesn't sit right with me. Hard to describe.

Interesting....I like Evacuation a lot. Anything written by Matt has a groove that I really like. I've posted somewhere on these boards before his demo version of the Fixer that I prefer 1000x over the album version.
