Time For A Proper Canadian Tour (like 2005/2011)

  • Don’t think it costs that much more to drive 600 miles in between shows compared to 300. Whatever excess cost there is, I’m offering to cover it so that I may head from Montreal (no shows in 12 years…) to Moncton to Halifax (assuming a West => East tour).

    Montreal 98, 00, 03, 05, 11
    Toronto 03, 06, 11
    Ottawa 05, 11
    Quebec 05; Saratoga 00; Boston 04; Toledo 04
    Albany 06; Honolulu 06; Hartford 08
    Costa Rica 11
    London (Ont.), Hartford 13
    Quebec, Fenway 1 + 2 16; London 18
EV Montreal (2), Berkeley II, Albany, Boston, London (UK)

and it's just plain too expensive to tour cross canada. the distance between cities is often double or more what it is in bigger markets in the states.

But I still hold out hope!
Cmon they get a 35 percent discount when they come to Canada or 30 percent lol on hotels and food etc.
    haha, excellent point!
Your boos mean nothing to me, for I have seen what makes you cheer

Listened to the st John's boot yesterday.  It sure would be nice to see them across Canada again.  He did say they will be back.

I have a feeling our neighbors to the north will be well taken care of on the next tour. Hopefully sooner than later.😁

Deadly… how do I add that question mark to my handle… 🤔
Be a nod to another of my all time favs, them Irish rockers Therapy? who opened for FurnaceFace at the Rev in Edmonton in ‘94 I want to say. Easily the best band that night.

@tish you got it right… in that neck of the woods 👍

QOTSA are doing it in 2024, all in just the month of April.

How about PJ Canadian Tour for the month of .. https://community.pearljam.com/discussion/297665/the-official-2024-tour-rumor-thread ...   April too? Seeing that Pearl Jam are rumoured to play Vancouver first week of May.

Maybe in 2025.  With only Vancouver rumoured for 2024, and lots of US dates, maybe they do 8-10 shows in Canada and South America in 2025.
