Might have to jump on something as far as hotels go, If Vancouver getting 2 shows, it will probably be all we can do this tour for ourselves . But it is sick to see what they are currently going for

With the shorter legs, it’s pretty much impossible they ever tour like 2005 again in Canada and even a 2011-type itinerary seems unlikely.
With Vancouver seemingly getting shows in 2024, and no Canadian shows in 2023, there are enough cities that would be “due” to pull off an 8-12 show leg. A leg consisting of Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto x2, Montreal and Quebec City (or two in Montreal) and maybe Ottawa and Halifax and one more random city in there over the course of three weeks with the nights off between shows could work.
Unfortunately in Canada we have geography working against us with how far it is from coast to coast and nothing in the middle other than Winnipeg. Some long stretches between big cities whereas in the US you have big cities every 2-3 hours.
I was at the Saskatoon show in 2011 and don’t think it sold particularly well. Not sure they’d go back there.

It was a Monday, and they pulled in about 7000. Which is about what could be expected for Saskatchewan. Five sections of the upper bowl at the back were curtained off. Great turnout for a small city👍👍
Any idea how many were at the 2011 Winnipeg show? Just curious.
FTR, I quite like that bootleg. Some really nice performances of songs in their back catalogue.
The Winnipeg Free Press review said 12,000.
2005 was 15,000+, full house with seats sold behind the stage. 2011 had a Saturday show opposed to Thursday (probably some people still going to the cottage mid-September), and lots of people had just spent a whack of money on Jets tickets.

^D, I would just like to challenge that lie that teacher's teach us in school (as indicated on your meme). Look at a map of the world and tell me how many oceans you see. The world would better if we all agree there's just one!
Make sure to stock up on all dressed and dill picklers too in case the snow gets worse. (I just watched the Letterkenny chip fishbowl meeting episode, so this is fresh in my mind)

I've never watched that show. Ruffles all dress chips is so damn good.
Why not add a stop in Maine after Quebec City. We’ve been waiting patiently since 96

You can order them online, so I am thinking about grabbing a bag to see how they are.

In middle school, my best friend formed a band, called .. Canada: The Band. I played drums. Cahgill was on the bass and Conehead was on lead.
Sadly, the band broke up after 4 days because we couldn't agree on how we'd divide the money once we made it. I still sometimes wonder... what could have been.
