  • Literally just broke my foot. Not sure if I’m going to make it tonight. Have Tix for Thursday as well… I wonder if United center can accommodate a last min ADA request. Any kind soul have an extra bulls themed poster ?

There are people walking up to the inside line now getting in faster than me on the outside line, and I've been here 3+ hours.

    Fucking ridiculous.

The outside line is a goddamn joke.
Wait, how are people getting inside yet?  I thought the doors opened at 6:30?

    Inside merch stand.

  • Is $45 for posters a new price this tour? I could have swore they were $30ish on the Gigaton tour.

I think they mean the Atrium, not the full arena

Yeah, this is definitely not ideal. Wonder what’s going on
They had problems with the payment system, I think. Only one tablet was working for a long time. I was pretty close when the line split at 11:45 (indoor, outdoor) and only left at 2PM.

What is what is the significance of the hawk?
“The Hawk” is a term for the wind or Windy City.

I've lived here my entire life and never once heard anyone reference the Hawk as a term for Chicago.

It's a black hawk holding a hockey stick at a concert played at the United Center, where the Chicago Blackhawks play hockey.
I think the Hawk is Algonquin for "The Good Land"
Are there any references to the Native people? If it’s just a bird, what a bad and wrong take.
Use Native imagery. People get upset. Don't use Native imagery. People get upset. Sigh.

The team is named after a Chief…not a bird.

And celebrated by the Native community.
And that Chief is named after a bird. The image of a large black hawk seems like an appropriate symbol for Chief who's name means "be a large black hawk". But, people always have to complain, and I guarantee there would have been people complaining if they used Native imagery instead.

I think they were $45 last year too, $35 in previous years.

This is the absolute worst fucking merch line in history.

1 credit card reader on the outside line.

    One.

    Fucking infuriating.

  • You all will get to the other side of this merch game and love the freedom and relief from addiction!   For those still in it, good luck with the lines and hanging out in parking lots and sidewalks when you could be drinking beers on the lake in the sun (assuming a nice day up there).

I remember in St. Louis they opened the early merch line late without letting anyone know. It was SUPER hot outside w/no shade and the line was probably halfway around the stadium. I walked over from my hotel to check it out and turned right around. They also seem to always have tech issues and/or need additional employees/registers. Just insane that people wait 3-4hrs for this.

  • Anyone know how the bulls shirts are fitting? I'm usually a large but feel like I'm XL in PJ shirts.
