World wide numbers. 1 in 127 people are autistic. Right off the bat that number doesn't make you have any questions? That number is up from 2019 which was 1 in 271. It's also doubles in males compared to females.
You need to wake up...The money makers are poisoning you and your family.

if it is that big of a problem perhaps certain people shouldn't breed?

rfk says use of tyelnol and circumcision is causing it. maybe it is the fucking dirty air we breathe? or the contaminated food we eat?

I know I'm in the minority within this fanbase on my political views. I was lock step with most of you but as I have grown older and wiser and starting asking more questions I found myself leaving the left. The one question I have that just fascinates me when did the Left become this BIG Pharma shill? You question nothing from them and just swallow it? This is an industry that gets sued probably the most. Also if you took the mRNA shot you had to sign a consent form...wtf!!!!Who would do that? Did you have any questions about the vaccines? Also why is Autism everywhere? I've been coaching my sons baseball team for 10 years. The amount of kids with ADHD, Peanut allergies and overall looking comfortably numb is half the team!!!!. I'm just shocked the party I once called home is in lock step with BIG PHARMA.
What you’re describing is that you’ve been sucked into the politicization of public health by the right. They did this to exploit covid era resentment and gain power. The left didn’t change.
Yes they did....They had COVID VAX mandates to keep your job.
what are your thoughts on george washington mandating that the continental army be vaccinated for smallpox during the revolutionary war?

No. because we've attained a lot more understanding of autism, developed a spectrum and are able to diagnose people better.

It amazes me that some folks can't grasp that the percentage of folks with autism hasn't risen significantly over time, but the definition and diagnosis of the disease has evolved to where we now know that some folks have levels of it which would not have been previously defined as on the autism spectrum.
Trying to use common sense in response to someone who is obviously an anti-science cultist is a waste of time.
Most of these people are vaccinated and had no opinions on it till it became a central dogwhistle of the murdoch machine.
They have no actual facts just bs parroted from the rightwingosphere.

Did “the left” really have country and industry-wide vaccination mandates for everyone to keep their jobs, during the first Trump presidency?  Am I misremembering life?

Trump was a libtard back then. He's since seen the light (inside the body killing Covid along with a bleach martini).
    This weekend we rock Portland

No one believes that you were "the left." That's a common thing for MAGA...comment on topics by trying to seem middle of the road, etc.

You know what my team looked like when I was 10? 33% of the kids were picking grass instead of paying attention because of undiagnosed ADD. 5% were terrified of the batters box because they were on the spectrum.

    Educate yourself please.

    No you aren’t. They didn’t.

There was a period that certain blue states (maybe some red states too) required proof of vax to attend things, but that was decided by the particular company/business, and not a legal mandate.

I think it was even less than that as far as proof of vaccination went. A handful of cities were requiring proof of vax at restaurants, etc. i think NYC was one. Most if the proof of vax requirements were done at the corporate level. I remember having to show proof of vaccination going to Ohana in 2021, but that was the festival’s call and not Dana Point or Orange County.

In NYC we did have to show proof of vaccine going to restaurants. That made me feel so much safer going out. It was no big deal showing the card.

Yesterday, Texas filed a lawsuit against Tylenol’s parent company, alleging that it failed to alert consumers of the drug's connection to autism.

Today, Kennedy clarified that “the causative association between Tylenol given in pregnancy and perinatal periods is not sufficient to say it definitely causes autism." https://trib.al/60100lD

I'm going to devil's advocate this and apply it to voter ID. Shouldn't we also require voter ID to ensure the integrity of elections? Those who were OK with requiring vaccination confirmation should also be on-board with voter ID laws, right? I'm not opposed to either as long as we make the process as easy possible, which has never been the goal of the GOP.
    It's a hopeless situation...

The problem is voter ID hasn’t been shown to ensure election integrity.
