Was looking for hotels around the rumoured date in Dublin. Are hotels always that expensive in Dublin. Looks like they are more expensive than London.

Dublin hotels are always expensive. If there's an event on, even worse.

yes , maybe they play madrid in mad cool also but i´ve heard a story today about certain bands do not want to play mad cool because the promoters announce bands before time with little hints.

My guess (based on nothing but pure speculation in light of past history) is that the tour announcement will follow a similar timeline this time around.
And if the 2020 history holds, we will buy tickets for euro 2024 in December 2023, and wait until 2026 for the shows, and some will be cancelled on the day of after a 2.5 year wait!

Yeah, they have a great habit of cancelling existing bookings when big shows are announced and relisting for extortionate prices.

True. After GNR, it took over an hour on the private coach to get on to the M50 which is pretty much across the road from the bus parking. They send all the busses on an elaborate back road journey out of the site on roads what are not wide enough when meeting traffic on the opposite direction.

Lisbon deserves a non-festival show. When was the last time? 2006?
    unfortunally yes :(

If they keep coming here during the summer with Everything is New Promotor they will always play NOS Alive  i hate seeing them on festivals specially NOS Alive because the crowd is horrible but if i was a promotor i would think money wise and he gains more money putting them on NOS Alive (with 55k/60k) than Altice Arena that only packs around 19k/20k people.

Two nights then…or stadium. Those Portuguese crowds for a proper show are insane.

Everything is New actually owns the place where NOS Alive is , they do non festivals shows there for other bands. its like i said , if they keep coming here in late july we are fucked and get them in NOS Alive :(

i think they could sell out 2 nights at NOS alive place if they did a non festival date

Those 96 shows  in Portugal were legendary.  Man did the crowd and band bring it over the course of both nights.
