As we don‘t need a membership for those two festivals, I expect more tour dates before 10 January. Although I don‘t really know where they‘d fit the 10c presale around the holidays. Surely not before Christmas anymore.

I’m in no hurry wait till shows get announced try for tickets once I have scored tickets I’ll plan my road trip and where I’ll stay I won’t need to fly to any of the destinations I’m hoping to see the band!

They could do it next week but that would imply a public sale around Dec 22 which seems unlikely.

I think the same. Why telling us to keep our Ten Club membership update and then announce only 2 festival shows? It sounds weird..

I will most definitely miss that.  Couldn’t pay me to go to outdoor festivals in southern Europe in July.  But have fun whoever goes!

Please don't take the following lines the wrong way. I wish every fan in every country to see Pearl Jam live. But with these two festivals I have to dig out the following interview again.

Jeff Ament: "I hate working in the summer. There's nothing worse for me than being in Europe for several weeks in the middle of July."

I hope he knows where Madrid is in Europe. In Madrid, it is over 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) in mid-July. These two festival organizers seem to be paying an enormous amount in compensation for pain and suffering.

Poor Jeff, imagine if he had an actual full time job where he had to work in those temperatures every day like so many do. It must be tough choosing when and where to rock up and live under five air conditioned stars each night on the road!

They never had real jobs.  Cut them slack.  :)

Sounds like we may need to wait a few days or until January.

On the brightside, 20% of the Euro tour is announced, and 25% of the cities.

Wondering if we will get an email at 10am pacific / 6pm U.K. time today. My only other thought is whether it will be next week - gives Madrid 1 week to sell before the Barcelona shows are announced. Not sure how much it impacts things but the general sale for the Slipknot tour is on Friday (plus potentially others). Wondering whether some of these announcements are staggered so that Ticketmaster etc can handle the website traffic.

General sale for Mad Cool starts Friday, 15 December. So if the festivals payed the band for dibs on ticket sales, we won‘t see additional tour dates this year.

That's not much in the way of traffic, they handled multiple Taylor Swift stadium gigs going on sale at the same time, this is pipe and slippers time for TM in comparison. And if it's not, they should re-invest some of their profits to improve.
Think we've had evening announcements before.

Very close to Christmas but I don’t think it’s impossible they announce arenas next Monday 18th, 10c presale then general sale Friday 22nd.

    They always announce at Xmas.
    Summer festivals are not good.
    Jeff hates touring full stop.
    But
