A former prosecutor, he’s artfully, aggressively and comprehensively making the case against Trump, knocking down all the rationalizations Trump has mustered and all the diversions he has contrived since his 37-count federal indictment.....

I wonder how CNN got a hold of the full recording and I realize that it was out previously and has been reported on extensively but I wonder if its not a tactic to pollute the potential jury pool? Jury selection could take months if the defense is going to strike someone for having heard this recording.
