A poll isn't an election.  We're a year away. And that has nothing to do with the criminal case Trump faces,  which looks very grim here.

Also,  I've learned something very interesting being in Virginia and having the upcoming full house and senate election in a few weeks.  About two months ago,  I replied to a text poll. No big deal.  Since then,  I've had no less than 10 additional text polls slam me.  This tells me the pollsters are selling lists to each other as I'm now a known respondent.  I believe the same people are getting polled over and over. Not having a true random sample consistently will reduce the accuracy.  I firmly believe in the representative statistical accuracy of polling,, but I believe the methodology to be becoming less accurate.

My point is that the criminal case against Trump is grim yet he is still gaining ground and popularity. Is it because Trump is so great or is it because Democrats suck? I'll admit, it's both.

Or the polling is wrong in the splits. That's where they apply the results to what they think the share of each party is in the state (or country). Plus, how many people will he lose when he's a convicted felon,  which is looking more and more likely.

That's what was said about the indictments but it's done the exact opposite.

It has to bother folks who voted/vote for him to be the deplorable’s it fits them to a T
It obviously doesn't bother them because Trump is gaining leads in the polls every day.

Cheese pleads guilty and makes a deal!  Pretty soon it's only going to be Trump and maybe Rudy standing alone, with all the fingers pointed at Trump.  This is beautiful.
    Uh oh.....

Trump is winning in key swing states as voters reject Bidenomics

It helped him in the GOP primary,  not so sure that's the case with independent and swing voters.

What was said by who? I knew the indictments would give him a bump because it plays to republican victimhood.
