Has anyone booked rooms yet?

I booked one night at Hotel Miramar in San Clemente.  Bit of a crapshoot until we know the shuttle site.

I have a room booked in Laguna Hills based on the shuttle site in 2021 which was Aliso Viejo. Was it back to San Clemente last year?

I think it was Aliso Viejo last year.  I booked San Clemente based on price.

Laguna Hills here, too. Cheaper to rent a car, park, and stay at a decent hotel not too far away. Still comes out less than $400/night😅

  • Was at the Double Tree right across from the beach in 2021 and it was great (and wasn't $400/night, but I booked it the weekend before, so I think I might have got a last minute cancelled room or something). Not every day you find yourself in an elevator with Corin Tucker.

I was just able to book Homewood Suites - Alisa Viejo.   The rooms were previously sold-out.

Booked 3 different AirBnBs back in April. Finally decided on the one in Laguna Hills. The others were in Lake Forest and Trabuco Canyon. Decided we wanted to be closer to the ocean and that area. So many awesome beaches and places to check out. This will be our 4th year.
    It's a hopeless situation...

Renaissance Club Sport in Aliso Viejo; saw lots of Ohana wristbands there last year. Great gym, solid brunch.

I’m at the best western marina shores. Not cheap but very close.
  • Anyone stayed at the Blue Lantern Inn before? Is it walkable to the festival site?

Don't use their pools if you see lots of dead insects floating! Nasty rash from that hotel pool Ohana 21!

Oh man, that pool didn’t look inviting at all. But the rooms are clean and it’s easy to stumble across the street in the morning.

Checking in on this thread.  I was able to get a room at the Best Western Marina Shores the other day (stayed there for Ohana Encore / not the best and certainly not the worst) as they must have had a cancellation.  Not sure if people are still looking but the location is perfect!  If I don't end up using it, will come here to offer to transfer the reservation.  It was a little pricey (like $400 a night) but way cheaper than Laguna Cliffs (which is spectacular if people want to splurge).  Now just need to get some passes!

Anyone holding on to a room that is more reasonable and can't use?

I just booked a room today at the Best Western in Oceanside.  It's 30 miles south, but wanted to be closer to Miramar because we are going to the air show on Sat.  And only a 30 min commute to Dana Point.

But I'm still waiting on the wait list for tickets.  Does anyone know when new tickets will be released?

You want single days, or a weekend pass?
