Won't have a store to go to this time so I'll be depending on the Sunday leftovers online.

Obviously after Give Way but so many good titles this year.  Poe, Soul Asylum, Bastille, 1975, Van Halen.   Hope I can find them.

My local store got tired of the craziness.

be nice if there was a psst for it today :)
Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

OK guys. this is the 1st time am gonna try for this RSD. Local shop will have 10 copies (and have had a lot of interest) - now do I pull an all-nighter, queue from 5am (as recommended by the store owner) to try and get this record or will it just drop on 10c??? Id hate to go through all that effort just to have a variant drop here!
Also, picture worst case scenario. It sells out, and people flip it for $80 on eBay.
Isn't not sleeping out all night worth the extra $50 you'd spend in that case?

But from all accounts, there will be copies to be found.

Variants have usually been posted the Monday after RSD right?

Can someone here just open up a record store, so you can hold on the good titles for us? Thanks.

I'm not going anywhere near a record store for RSD like I did in the old days, lining up for hours.....as long Taylor Swift has a release, I'm sitting it out! :)

It was rough last time. We don't even need to say how big her fanbase is but that release was way more limited than this one.  They misjudged when to lineup and they showed up in droves like 90 minutes before my local store opened.  They were not pleased that there was a big line ahead of them.  They all had her tshirts on. It was really interesting.  Biggest RSD turnout I've seen in person.

They announced several times online that they only had ten copies and none of them seemed to realize that.  I got #9 lol.  I passed #10 to the kid directly behind me who was beyond excited.  It was a 45 of something on clear vinyl.

Taylor Swift fans are already setting up camp at both of our local record stores. It's noon on Friday here.

My local shop doesn't know if they are getting it, nor the amount.  It is on their website.

Doesn’t look like any reference to the frogmen poster on that gatefold. Surprising

I’m sitting it out tomorrow. Between having a terrible head cold, the Swift Army, snow, and already owning the 98 Melbourne boot, why bother. Fully plan on paying flipper price for the Jazz Dispensary release and laying in bed till noon.

I mean.. I'm not the biggest fan of waking up early on a saturday and spending an hour or two in a lineup.   If it's only 1 or 2 records I want, I've bought them online just to avoid dealing with it.

In this case there's half a dozen I want so I'm going to go, but I still need to find the Rockfords online because Canada isn't getting that one :(

The good news is my local record store posted the got copies of the Vinyl and CD.

Just picked mine up. Awesome to see the NZ dates repped in the newspaper clipping-think I have the very same stashed away somewhere random.

RSD first. I'm sure the market will be flooded in a month or two.
