    I really don't understand the shade given to Indy/Noblesville. It's an outdoor amphitheater....not sure if that is why? But they always sold out here so I'm baffled.

    You can drive to another show, some nearby, from most of these places. 

    In North America, it’s St. John’s, Newfoundland that needs it! it’s either take a plane or drive 9 hours across the freakin island for a ferry!

    True, but as someone in the Boston area, I'm good with the distinction between a Boston show at the TD Garden and Fenway, because the last thing I want is for the band to say, "Yeah, we need to play Boston again" and have that mean Fenway.

    I agree. Alpine Valley (2011) and Milwaukee (2014) are both an hour or so away. But Madison is a great town for the band and hard to believe they have not played here since with the Chili Peppers and Smashing Pumpkins in 1991.
