    Thanks so much!
  • I can't remember what boot it's from (sometime in 2003 I believe) but my favorite of Ed's banter was when someone in the crowd had a sign that said "Play Leash, You Pussies." I think about that sign everytime the song gets played at a concert I'm at.

Ya.. and I think that sort of thing is why they don't play so often...cause it is a hard song to play as they want to.. and it's not a "break stuff" song. Anyhoo.. hoping the perhaps more gentle and inclusive take I have of it helps

So close last night in Toronto.
  • Did anyone notice the mistake stone supposedly made? The intro sounded perfect to me.

Ya :( Shame they didn't go on earlier / regular time... otherwise they may have just restarted it. Either way.. was a great show as always of course.

I think he just had the wrong guitar.. or it was messed up. Something sounds off for sure but could have been an easy fix. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtqktvkFUM8
  • I’m guessing the mistake was starting Leash instead of Alive.  From my vantage point, I could see a clock on the stage, as well as a crew dude off to the side of the stage.  At 11:15 sharp he gave Ed the no more signal.  They must have been working towards 11:15 and decided not enough time for Leash at 11:03 or whatever it was, but Stone didn’t get the memo.  That’s my theory.
