    This date lands on me like close family birthdays in that I can’t ever forget. I think of it days before and always, always day of.  
    June 30th is forever connected to this tragic event that can’t ever be forgotten.  I’m sure loads of us feel the same way.  
    Having been blessed to attend more PJ shows than I care to say and on occasion large festival crowds, I tell you I think of these nine lost souls, our fellow fans, way more often than once per year.  It could have been any of us. 
    I hope somehow, some way, they have been able to enjoy the music the last 22 years from beyond and more importantly, again, somehow some way keep an eye on their loved ones who will always miss them.

    Light Years from Melbourne 2003 still makes the hairs on my arms stand up.  I can’t explain it.
