Nice double slow opener. That looks like it could be a current setlist on this tour. Amsterdam was my 60th show and a memorable one. They really pulled out the deeper cuts, and mixed it up more than I thought they would. If it was only 15-20 min longer, it would be an easy all timer.I think towards the end of the canada leg, (with a larger catalog in their current repertoire and building physical stamina with touring reps), they will be extending the sets to like, 23-24 songs.By MSG, I am hoping we get a 26-28 song epic classic.0 -
Setlist edit. Added Long Road and some others. Took some other songs out that were probably to hard on his vocals.0

needs to have last kiss for the people at the back ahahahaha

There is no way they get out of this show on 9/11 and not play Release and Come BackMarquee 91

Curious to know how many NYers will be at the show compared to folks from out of town... probably 80/20 NYers vs. out of towners...
Obviously I can only speak for myself but the vibes around NYC on that day is always somber while at the same time proud. Somber for obvious reasons, proud to be a NYer and an American. Grateful for the first responders and the courage all showed on that day and everyday thereafter...
I expect a loud crowd as usual but also an intense crowd....
I'm sure the USA chants will be loud....
RITFW as an opener would be wild (even though it's happened already)...If I were Eddie Vedder, would you like me any better? - Local H0 -
I live right over the bridge and I hate going into the city on 9/11. I worked in the city during that time. The city has never been the same for me Weird dayPJ5a1 said:Curious to know how many NYers will be at the show compared to folks from out of town... probably 80/20 NYers vs. out of towners...

21 yrs later....still remember watching with co workers as it unfolded, calling everyone I know that i suspected being near NYC. Feeling all kinds of things, wondering what is next
Ill be there on 9/11 with many emotions, also for me it was my 1st PJ show in '980 -
On 9/11 I worked at the Woolworth Building right around the corner from the World Trade Center. We were out of our office for 3 weeks. When we came back our windows overlooked the giant hole. It was devastating. I remember hearing the initial crash from my apartment. I thought it was thunder. I can't believe it has been so many years since then.JP218404 said:

I worked on 4th and Lafayette. That day I was driving along the water in jersey saw the hole in the first building and then saw the second plane come across and hit the second. In shock but kept driving to the Lincoln tunnel. They closed it before I got thru the tolls. Didn’t go into the office like you for three weeks. I could smell the smoke from where I live when the wind blew in my direction. I think I’ve only been in the area of the trade centers like 5 times since that day.GlowGirl said:

Yea, you’re right, its always a somber day. Not sure about the 80/20 split. Ill be coming from queens, but i assume an msg show has more travelers than most?PJ5a1 said:Curious to know how many NYers will be at the show compared to folks from out of town... probably 80/20 NYers vs. out of towners...

Like I said, he’s played it at his own solo shows. Its not like he was disrespecting the 9 people that passed when he did that.Lost In Ohio said:foriginalsin said:

There are nine very good reasons why Arc was retired after nine shows. With it being 9/11, and the many lives that were tragically taken, it can sort of make sense. But yea, it wont get played, just like 50% of the setlist I made.0 -

YLWe have similar pj song taste. Love marker. Saw harvest moon at the much underrated philly 05 show, it was magical. Don’t think we’ll get love reign again, since its pretty hard to sing, but i would love it.0 -
