    I took it as a lot of people are still getting confused even with auto renewal set they still have to update their billing info. 

    Maybe not though and Vegas 2 still has a chance!

    There’s a pretty good chance they’ll be at Ohana, maybe second shows for some existing cities, but there’s also all of Q4 for more shows in the 2020 swing state path, for example.  Those would be tough to turn down but also to fit in.  Maybe some Saturdays.

    I interpreted it just as a reminder that your billing info must be confirmed two weeks prior to renewal date. Many people received emails that they had let their membership lapse, and 10c had to reach out to remind them. I have no doubt that actually delayed the tour announcement.

    This is your last warning - don't let it lapse because they're not gonna remind you that you missed renewal next time.

    I know a handful of people who got that "do you realize that your membership lapsed" email, and they had absolutely no clue they had forgotten to confirm cc info.

    Pretty sure every newsletter puts that reminder in.  I know they are booked for Bourbon Fest in KY the weekend of 9/15 - weekend before Ohana (I think).

    Ohana 21 was such a positive experience no doubt they want to return again.
