Oh boy, having a big issue, has anyone had this before? I arranged to F2F a ticket to a friend. I listed it, they purchased it. The order was confirmed, and the tickets (sort of) appear in my friend's account. The ticket disappeared from the Ticketmaster map. However, there are a couple things going on that make me think some weird glitch happened:
(1) The ticket is still showing as listed in my account, and even has a button to "Remove Listing" (2) I have not received a "Your ticket listing just sold" email, and it's been over 15 minutes (3) My friend, when they open up their Ticketmaster account on their computer, and go to My Events / My Tickets it shows "Order In Progress" in yellow text over the picture of the band in the row for the order (4) My friend, when they click into the order on their computer, it does not let them Sell (it's grayed out) (5) My friend, when they go to the order in the TM App, the Section, Row, Seat are all blank, they can not view the rotating barcode or add to Apple Wallet, and Sell is grayed out
Has anyone had this issue? If so, did it resolve on its own, and how long did it take? Or did you have to get TM involved to resolve the issue? The show is tomorrow so i'm freaking out a little bit. As of now, the ticket appears to be stuck in the ether somewhere...
Hopefully things work out. On the plus side, at least one of you should still have the tickets. I have no insight, other than to say, I haven't received the "your tickets just sold" email for the last four sales I've done in the last 10 days. So, don't put much stock in that. And depending on what show this is for, TM generally does routine maintenance sometime between 1-3a (venue time zone) during which sales, etc are offline. So if the sale occurred sometime around then, it may just be a matter of the system catching up once things come back online. Good luck!

I put this in the other thread where you made the same post. I had that issue and it did resolve itself within an hour or so.
I have two tickets that I need to sell but the SELL button on Ticketmaster isn't active on mine. Anyone know why that might be?
If they are MSG or Denver than you should only be able to see the transfer button. That being said if they are MSG seats better than section 210, let me know.

I went looking for a comfy pair of Ottawa tickets with a good sightline and there they were. You never know what the next refresh might bring...and if it brings nothing, in the end you aren't out anything but time.
TM just released 2nd row behind the stage for LA 1 & 2. $108 + fees.
those will be first row as they leave the actual first row of seats empty.. did the same and had the same Drop of tickets in SD.. Im sure its a post stage setup to ensure best view and experience for those back there.

It’s an enabler is what it is. Was toying with the idea of Vegas GA before committing and with the generosity of a fellow member it happened. F2F quickly made Fresno GA and Sacramento GA happen as well. You just never know around here.
