Oh my bad. I assumed if u didn't get tix with first choice you put GA only.

PJ these days isn't a tough ticket to get. Even if you don't get verified resale it'll be easy to get tickets. Even day or the show.
I don't think it's just PJ.   Even though Covid is currently waning, I think many people still have concerns about going to mass gatherings and traveling.  I think it's impacting concerts as a whole. Concert demand doesn't seem to be where it was precovid.
Also doesn’t help that ticket prices have gone insane. I’ve paid over $100 per ticket for bands that I never thought could get that before.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

Correct. We're kind of in a bubble here because we're all on this board because of how rabid we are about PJ. But I went to DMB in Tampa, Billy Joel in Orlando, a few others, and none were sold out. Hell, the Eddie shows weren't REALLY sold out, just close to it.
The general public is still getting it's nerve up. That, and fuel costs more, so people like me have to pick & choose their shows. I wish I could take 3 weeks off to blast around the country, but I can only afford/pull off a handful cities (for now).
Just happy to get what I can & go where I can.

I was one of the canceled Baltimore crew and was, one of the lucky to MSG this morning.
Now Im wondering just how many MSG tickets got returned?
Safe bet says the handful that were returned and reissued are sniffing the rafters or behind the hot dog cart on 34th
Behind the hot dog cart on 34th isn’t a bad spot. Dinner is 1/10 the cost of inside the arena.

I hate to add a totally unproven and half ass theory to this thread for future lotteries, but I got Vegas tickets as my #5 choice. The only reason why this maybe happened is that my address is within walking distance of the arena? Something something reducing gigatons of carbon emissions?

I'm betting that like many of the 2020 shows, most people had no issue getting reserved seats (with the exception of Balt/NYC and maybe one other venue). And with F2F exchange, it squeezes out a good percentage of brokers/people using 10c lotteries to buy purely to resell.

We can both row in that both together. F2F is my best chance at this point.

Too many fans and not enough shows.  Feel bad for the ones who missed out and excited for those who scored.

It really is that simple. Everyone has an equal chance regardless of your past luck. Be smart with your choices and you will have better luck. Anytime you pick GA, the odds are not in your favor.  Particularly in the northeast. Do not be surprised if you pick GA five times and get shut out.

Yeah. I got rejected for Oakland Night 2 as well - for a SINGLE ticket! I am pretty surprised. Anyway, I will just wait it out until the week before the show unless someone has a spare single right this second!
