I’m all set for MSG from the OG lottery, and didn’t see any other dates that look like they work for me, so I’m sitting this one out. Kind of bummed that I’m not in for any PJ until the fall, but at least I’ll be able to get some work done today.

Do we think they will be drawing 4 to 5 shows a day, for the next 5 days?  Likely starting with LA?

This could go faster than we think since they will be drawing fewer names than usual for all but the new shows.

Yes that would be my bet.  I think they'll start with San Diego though since it's the first show.  For today, I bet we get results for San Diego, both LA shows, and Glendale.

Sacramento, Fresno, Las Vegas, and Camden first is my bet - most tickets to distribute, and the refund window for the 2020 dates doesn't end until tonight. My guess is they wait to draw the rescheduled dates until tomorrow, at the earliest.

• Jan 18th - Baltimore, New York, Nashville, St. Louis

  This was 2020's order. Besides Canada there really is no rhyme or reason to their order.

I think there are a lot of assumptions about how many tickets would or would not be available for the "existing" shows.  Seems likely that if they put them back out that a high number of people cancelled their tickets.

I recall a comment that NYC had a low refund rate about five percent, and some of the other shows were from that range to about 20% IIRC?

Enough to make a lottery worthwhile, yes, but not nearly as many as the newly-announced shows.

Nineteen shows, almost four a day to let 10C members know if they won 10C tickets or not.

Ugh, seeing that now... I have reserved tix for Toronto from 2020. I didn't think we'd be allowed to submit a second request, but the system let me put it in, so I thought maybe I could upgrade to GA. I also wanted to go to Ottawa, now that it fits my schedule. So my 2022 request had Toronto (GA only) and Ottawa (GA or reserved). I did see the disclaimer about "However, if you already have 2 Ten Club tickets, you can not be confirmed for more Ten Club tickets for the same show." - I figured worst case they'd just pass over the Toronto request. Guess I messed this up. Though I wish, when submitting the 2022 request, the system would have thrown a message along the lines of "You have Toronto tix from 2020, this request is not allowed" - rather than letting me submit it and then cancel. Lesson learned, I guess.

Put in for Ottawa for verified fan. Also you have 5 months to get tickets if you miss out. Ottawa was very doable with fan to fan tickets as well in 2020 and I would expect the same this time if you stay on top of it.

Interesting wrinkle if one ineligible show cancels out your whole request. Maybe that improves my MSG odds a teeny bit.

I wonder if just the Toronto entry was “disqualified” and the Ottawa entry is still valid, or was the entire submission disqualified? I can see Ottawa hitting at #2, possibly.

I would think it just invalidates the Toronto request. This also leads me to believe that they are running the Toronto draw today. Hopefully, they are running Hamilton as well. The waiting is.... well, you know

I was completely paranoid about the possibility of disqualified entries. My daughter won 10c MSG tix, but she used my credit card. Both my husband and I were shut out of MSG, so we both entered the drawing (knowing the chances are slim to none that either of us will win) We both used different cards just in case TM was checking to see how many tix to a specific show were charged to a specific card. They have invalidated tickets due to the same billing address in the past, so I wanted to be extra careful.

tossed my Glendale tix back into the pool (couldn't make the new date). Put in for LA #2 , time to just sit and wait.......
