Does anyone know if there is any preference to where someone lives in according to what shows they have picked?  For example, I live in Denver, and the Denver show is the only one I can make.  Does that matter and help my chances?

Only if you have a super-low member number.
Yeah, I don't think a 237-xxx will get me there.  Thanks for the info.

Either they're on lunch, or they're debating this very topic between TM/10c, re: LA2. I mean, has ANYONE gotten a head's up about night 2??
If they are debating... best move would be to do away with the "no 2 nights in the same city policy" since it came out of nowhere and hasn't been the case in previous tours (and seems kind of arbitrary in the first place, who is that rule helping?).

2nd best move would be give back the LA night 1 tickets for anyone who actually had LA night 2 as their top choice and redraw for LA night 2. It's wild that someone could be shut out of their 1st choice bc they were prematurely/mistakenly awarded their 2nd choice (and probably at a much lower priority level) .

Should totally rip through MSG real quick. Just to cleanse the palate, you know?
The way the email said through 3/25, it sort of lines up as 4 shows a day, which means I will probably be waiting until Friday to hear about Nashville.

I was under the impression that the lottery was for all active members and your club number only gets you a better seat once you win in the lottery.  Did everything change now?

Yes, 10 club or location has no impact on lottery.

You’re location and member number don’t have any impact on winning tickets.  It’s just a luck of the draw coupled with what priority you made that particular show.

the original lottery you could put in for both nights at a show in the same city. For the current re-draw lottery, you can not put in for both nights.

I'm pretty sure pistol was joking (maybe I was wrong), so I responded in kind.

Just as an FYI, this is in the FAQ:

Can I get tickets to both shows in a city that has multiple performance dates?

No. There is a limit of one show for cities where there are two performance dates. For example, members that already have Ten Club tickets to Night 1 of LA cannot be selected for Night 2.
So are people that have LA night 2 as a lower priority really going to have that leaped over since LA night 1 was drawn first? Let's say I put LA night 2 as #1 priority and LA night 1 as #5. If I win LA night 1 I am now disqualified from my first pick which is kind of wild.
I do not believe this to be so,, in 2020, I got both OAK shows via the lottery, Seats for Sat night ( which was Pri2, and GA for Sunday with Pri 1..
Same here.....it's like driving without shoes...technically not legal, but whose checking...

After missing out on all lotteries for years and years.... I am now at LA2 GA from the first go around and hit on Camden, LV, and SD this go around.

Time to buy some Powerball, I guess.

I'm hoping the "no 2 shows in the same city" thing is specifically for this tour....being that it was rescheduled. Would prefer if we can put in for both shows for same cities in future tours.

Saturating California with shows really is a headscratcher.
There are almost 40 million people in California, and they haven't played arena shows in California since 2013. (Pearl Jam played Bridge School in 2014 and Ohana in 2021.) Your headscratcher is my no-brainer.

Pretty sure I saw somewhere it was due to the low number of tickets available for the rescheduled shows, and pretty much only affects LA and Oakland as no other cities have 2 nights.

I honestly thought the "only one show in a city" rule was in place in 2020, but it wasn't an issue for me, so I guess I'm just misremembering.

No insult to California intended, but we have never before seen lottery results like we did yesterday. The demand was not like it is in other parts of the country.

The FAQ has a section where it talks about what's new this time but the one show limit isn't listed there. I don't honestly remember one way or the other.

I don't recall for 2020 but I know for previous tours, 2016 in particular, you could not win for both nights in same city. I know this from the Philly shows 2016, possibly 2013 as well. I remember putting together the whole - OK you put in for this night, I'll put in for this night - deal.
