    If we selected multiple seat locations for 1 show (GA, Seats, GA Lawn for Camden for example) and get chosen does it just give the best available when your name is selected or is there a way to rank your preference?

    I don’t think we can rank preferences. I liked in the past how we were able to do that. My 10c number is from 2013 and it usually puts me at the back of the floor where my wife can’t see anything, so I’m hard pressed to try for reserved usually.

    There’s no way to rank your preference. And common sense says that the order would go GA, Reserved, and then Lawn.  But there doesn’t seem to be a specific answer to this question.  I did send an email earlier this week but haven’t received a response yet.

    1. Click on the tour announcement.
    2. Click on the "ticket pre-sale for all dates on the tour begins today for current eligible Pearl Jam Ten Club members" link.
    3. Scroll down to "How to submit a Ticket Request step-by-step:"
    4. In Step 2, click on either "US", "Canada", or "French"


    I think people are getting confused by the "How to submit a ticket request" instructions. Step 1 is basically just "Make sure you're logged in, then come back to this page and follow step 2".
