oh yeah, that's true. I have a friend that met him outside their hotel and they said that he is actually really nice.

oh yeah, that's true. I have a friend that met him outside their hotel and they said that he is actually really nice.
Jesse, in my opinion/from my experience, is among one of the nicest members, if not THE nicest member of NPB (along with Bailey and Pete). he was more than willing to accommodate me pre-Benaroya as i was speaking with the band members as they entered the venue, and outside of the Centre in Vancouver pre-eV solo shows he was very friendly, laid-back, and totally accepting of the fact we wanted to wait for eV in order to get some requests/handshakes/hello's while recognizing we had every intention of respecting eV's space (i.e. not asking for autographs/pictures) and didn't pose any security risk. not to mention, i scored my Vancouver 1 setlist from Jesse as well

The people who say they have no interest in this really have no idea what they're missing.
These things are small and intimate, like having Ed play in your living room (good luck getting tix, btw). There's a lot of funny stories and banter and stuff. The Ed show and this years MSG shows probably rank as 1a) and 1b) on my concert experience hierarchy -- for different reasons. Ed show was so intimate and cool, MSG was so massive and communal.
everybody wants the most they can possibly get
for the least they could possibly do
I've had my fill of having my face melted off with "Pearl Jam" era tunes for two years now. Now, if they were supporting a new album, I'll be for the rawk, but lets change it up a bit and do a acoustic tour.
I think its becoming obvious regarding who appreciates only plugged in PJ and who can really enjoy an intimate night of only ED and THAT voice and talent. Expand your horizons! Ed will be jammin well beyond PJ (my opinion anyway)...15 years from now you'll HAVE to deal with it...he'll be one of the last true songwriters left from our period. Maybe Stone and Jeff wiill be chiming in..

the bigger venue is ,,but the smaller one has seats
i agree solo show would be strange
The ONLY thing better than a glass of beer is tea with Miss McGill
A protuberance of flesh above the waistband of a tight pair of trousers
that is small for him dont you think?
dont know anything for sure but i would think he would play the smaller one
