According to this, it seems like it:
Republican Sens. Lisa Murkowski and Mitt Romney said Monday they will join Sen. Susan Collins in favor of confirming Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the United States Supreme Court, all but assuring that she will become the first Black woman to serve on the high court.

Because the committee vote was tied, they needed a full senate procedural vote to advance, so yes, we know there are three reasonable republicans on this vote. And then they even passed ten billion for Covid. What a senate!

MTG just tweeted that those three are "pro pedophile" for voting to confirm KBJ. she needs to be expelled.

sure hope shes willing to go after all the other judges who handed down similar sentences, starting with the  republican nominated judges. as well as the gop senators who voted for them.

Calling out politicians who support KBJ and anyone who supports President Joe Biden as a pedophile or being "pro pedophile" is the new dog whistle.

I take issues with any judge that doesn't give the full sentencing to any child porn offender. I'm not going to call everyone a pro pedophile but that doesn't mean her record shouldn't be looked at. She's had 14 child porn cases in front of her. The 8 listed above were ones that she went lighter on. Going light on 8 of 14 doesn't have the best optics. Say what you want but then ask victims of these crimes how they feel.

absolutely look at her record. but maybe do it for all her appointments you vote on, not just the ones the public have their eyes on. otherwise ya kinda look a tad hypocritical.

talk to the us congress, as they are the ones that SET THE SENTENCING GUIDELINES for crimes like this.

i am sure if she had given the maximum in all cases some people would be upset for her heavy handed sentences...

Good point.  Plus statistics can be misleading.  For all I know- and I fully admit I don't- her record for sentencing could be more sever than other judges.  Doesn't mean we shouldn't look at her record, but it does mean we should look at the whole picture, not just the partial picture that suits someone's bias.

You’d think the republicans would want a judge who would take it easy on Matt Gaetz et al.

I see the disingenuous arguments from Republicans are continuing to have their affect on their intended demographic...

Thank god for the few remaining reasonable ones.

Yeah. And then maybe go and complain about all the Trump appointees who also imposed sentences below the guidelines. The same Republicans making a big deal out of this, voted for all of them too. Hypocrites. All of them.

More soundbytes and out of context "information". Last I checked, no state has a crime called child porn. Do you even know what any of these cases are, what the nature of the incident was or the actual charges? This is all such dog whistle bullshit.

So you want to call this dog whistle bullshit but you aren't even willing to look it up and see what it is. How do you know it is such dog whistle bullshit?

Wesley Hawkins: I pulled up the first name on that list. Here is what I found:Hawkins was found with 17 videos and 16 images, several depicting prepubescent boys engaged in sex acts.

Please explain to me why this guy only deserved 3 months when the sentencing guideline was 97-121. At a minimum, probation recommended 18 months.

Andre Hammond: Andrew Hammond, 50, a fourth-grade teacher in McMinnville, Ore., is accused of communicating with minors for immoral purposes and attempted rape of a child.

Why do we have laws if we don't fully enforce them? I'm sorry but child sex crimes should be receiving the full amount of the sentencing guidelines. Ask the victims how they feel about this? Do you think it is such dog whistle bullshit?
