I have a pretty decent set up and I cleaned my clear version and it sounds pretty great, mine are flat no warping or label issues
Good to hear... Mine is amazingly bad. I have not seen a record as bad as this since my parents Roger Whitaker collection...Lol. Talked to my record shop and thankfully they are on board with a replacement or a refund. I just want a fkn clean LP to spin! Just bad luck I guess.
Wow... Just gutted. Was so excited for this. LP 1 is side 3 and 4. LP 2 is side 3 and 4 and completely unplayable. I guess my luck was going to change eventually. Cheers All. Enjoy the Spin!
Damn... the US pressings are pressed at United.... oh well
What is the significance of this?
Terrible QC from the plant. Has been one of the worst pressing plants for a long time.
Agreed on this, my copy is splotchy with random fuzzy spots along with a label that’s not adhered properly. Hopefully sounds fine, will check when the kiddos wake up.
I have the OG and walked right by it because it’s pressed at United.
Yea, disappointing. Mine have the slight warp. I haven't done an A/B yet, but the reissue seems to sound a bit thin. Will take it for a more detailed comparison with the OG later.
No issues with my clear LPs. Both LPs are perfectly flat with no warping at all. I never play any record without a thorough cleaning on my Okki Nokki cleaning machine. Even new records get a good cleaning to get the release agent off the album. The albums sound pretty amazing and I didn’t notice any pops or other noise. Super happy to have.
My clear LP purchased in Canada is in mint condition. Flat, clean, labeled properly and sounds fantastic. I'm just happy to finally have this on vinyl! The packaging is fantastic.

Picked one up for my brother (I don't collect vinyl myself) in Wellington easy. Was the only one at the JB in the mall I went to. Seemed like noone paid attention ha. They had eight IIRC.
How much were they in NZ? My weekends are tied up with sport and family stuff so I barely get to a store anymore.
I couldn't find many online but the ones I saw were $90-$95! I bought the 10C gold and even with shipping it will come in cheaper than that
Unplugged was 18k and everyone was happy. No stress finding it. LO2L is going to be a release you see at Barnes and Noble and places like that. I don’t want every release to be super rare lol.
Just opened and attempted to play my US Clear pressing - badly warped and Disc 1 won't even fit on the turntable as the hole is way way too small. Will be returning this and buying an EU pressing to pick up when I am back there. Such a shame this one has been so disappointing

Very similar experience. both records are dish shaped, Disc 1 being the worse of the two. Ordered an EU press from reflex in the uk

This is probably 10x the pressing size of the original run
