    RSD experts, I'm looking for your expertise. 

    I emailed a record store in Southport (UK) and he said he should be getting 5 copies of LO2L. The store is opening at 8.30am and letting 4 people in at a time. 

    How early should I queue up?? I've never done this before, and I have no idea how many people will be wanting this one haha.

    Opens at 8:30am? I would say 5am.

    Not expecting a big turnout for this RSD at my shop.   This is kind of the after thought weekend.  I have to work so I’ll probably miss LO2L locally.  Doubt there will be much of a line in the morning tho.  

    One big plus is no Taylor Swift release.  Largest RSD line I’ve ever been in.  They were not happy when I bought the last copy.

    Christ, this would set my anxiety off in a big way.   The RSD website says 20,600 copies have been pressed - which seems unusually high for a RSD release so not sure if that’s a typo.   Assuming it’s not, you should be able to grab one quite easily online when they go on sale there.  

    Otherwise - if you really want to grab one on the morning of and given what you’ve written, I reckon it’s probably an overnight queueing job.    I’ve rocked up at 5am before now and still been 30th in line.

    I'm definitely not an expert but....given their print run these should be easy to come by. Should you swing and miss at your local shop, other stores should have plenty for sale online the day after RSD. Just my .02.... but I won't be spending much time in a queue for this particular release.

    20K is a whole lotta records.  Easy peasy to find.  Hell I can still find a DMB /500 still floating around from 10 years ago.

    It'll be easy to find, online. Might be a little tough to find at the local record store for those who will receive 5-10 copies then other record stores like Easy Street Records will have 2000+ copies to sell.

    Thanks for the tips, guys. The record store owner said in the email he wasn't expecting much of a queue for this day, so I might be ok. 

    The only thing that puts me off waiting to get it online is it drops on June 20th at 8pm and I'll be in Berlin watching Crowded House!

    Check back here on the 18th & 19th if you don't score a copy. Many online record stores will put their stock up.

    I frequently get emails from Merchbar that go straight into my spam folder.   They look like they’ve been designed and formatted by a 7 year old child using Word Art.   Shocked to discover they’re a genuine company.
