RT85 will be an excellent table to start out with! I honestly wouldn't go less than the RT82 on the Fluance models. Not that they're bad (they're not by any means), but like you said why do this twice? Spend $200 on a tt now and you're just gonna want to spend $500-700 a year or two down the road. So yes, save yourself the hassle and go as big as your budget can handle.
You'll need a pre-amp if you don't have phono inputs on your amp. But, even if you have phono ins, I'd recommend the PA10. It's a pretty damn good little box for $100! I tested one on my system for my ex, and the improvements were instantly noticeable. Tightened up the bass, mids & highs had much better separation, and the highs were crisp and clear. Less "noise" overall.
Cleaning kit, sure why not? It's always good practice to clean the dust off your records & stylus before each play. It's great for long-term care of the system. I really like Fluance's brushes and, at $20, you're not going to find any worse or better deals, really.
Since the RT85 comes with an acrylic platter, it's a good idea to get a weight. You don't use a mat (felt, rubber, cork, or any other material) with an acrylic platter. So to avoid any friction/slipping - unlikely as it is - use a weight. This will also help ensure your record sits as flat as possible on the platter which can improve sound & reduce long-term wear on your stylus. Don't overspend for the Fluance weight, though. You can find weights on amazon for about a third or half the price. They don't need to be anything special, just on center and at least somewhat heavy (500-750 grams).
Didn't the 10C originally say these wouldn't ship until 2/11? I think they just printed the labels to get them ready like they normally do. I'm not expecting the record until late next week at the earliest.

Product page mentions "Will ship for street week delivery (U.S. addresses only)" - not sure if that means commitment to shipping this week or arriving within a week of release date.
No movement here in Westchester NY. Maybe this will be one of those deals where the tracking never updates and then it magically arrives on my porch tomorrow? Maybe? Maybe?
I always give 2-3 weeks from receiving a 10C tracking# to actually receiving the item(s).
Same, but now I anxiously watch it... the last time I didnt was Vault 10 and I was one of the "lost dogs"

Oh man, that sucks! Can't say I blame you for watching it. It's extremely anxious to follow Mail Innovations tracking sometimes.
100% - but I will say that 10c was really thoughtful and helped through the process of missing 10. I was able to trade vault nine with someone.
