If it’s causing her so much distress just refund and eat the loss. If she thinks it’s the shipping company’s fault then file a claim. Nothing is worth your reputation.

She believes she’s done nothing “wrong” and customers are out to take advantage. Look…it’s business and she’s clearly cutting corners using a tiny tube with no kraft paper and stuffing these posters in expecting the customer to be mindful and careful in removing them but that’s not how it works and that’s never going to happen. If the poster can’t be easily and safely removed it’s not the customer’s fault and she isn’t being bullied. The posters are damaged and if she considers a corner ruined acceptable as an artist she knows better. It’s one thing to sell a poster as final sale with no refunds or exchanges as 10C does but that’s a proper tube with proper packaging…if a truck or conveyor happens to flat a side of the tube that’s a different story altogether.
To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

Those tweets are outrageous. Glad I gave this one a miss. If her response on these issues continues to be poor let’s hope Tsurt doesn’t use her again in the Sunmer
Her store is down, but I recall a note on the bottom of the page saying something like all orders during 2020-2021 were returned after being damaged by the shipping company.

So are these AP Seattle's being delivered damaged? The seller I bought from on eBay isn't returning my messages.

There's a picture a page or two back with a dinged corner.
If they were sent in tubes with a one inch diameter and no kraft paper, a decent amount are bound to get some damage. I guess some of it depends how sturdy the tiny tube is.
Mine is scheduled for delivery tomorrow, so maybe your ebay seller hasn't gotten theirs yet either.
You do have 180 days to get a refund if they don't deliver or it comes damaged on ebay.

A dinged corner has to be caused by either putting it into the tube or pulling it out and not while in transit as the whole edge from corner to corner would be damaged.
I got mine / jammed in and wrinkled in a few spots. You can notice the damage more from the back (pics added). I’m not gonna make a big deal about it but are they signed/numbered? I gave a closer look and don’t see any signature or x/100.
Based on all the information here I'm really scared to see what kind of shape mine is in if it actually shows up.

Can someone share a picture of this. How the hell do you get a poster in a 1" tube.
Someone once shipped me a $600 phish print in a 1" tube. It got dinged of course. I asked the seller for a refund. They told me to open a paypal claim but not to give the print back to UPS.
He stopped responding, and I got a full refund and got to keep the print.
It wasn't damaged that badly, and it's worth 3-4x as much now.

The 1” tube I got is rigid and was not damaged. It just requires a very tight roll and if the roll loosens while sliding in, it likely needs to get jammed in along the way. It is the smallest diameter tube I have ever received a print/poster and I have plenty (too many if you ask my wife).
The LA & NY1 is pretty much the same color what I received. Only difference you can't see in the above photo is the side of the LA pin is dark blue while NY1 is black.
Also friend picked me up a Chicago 2 pin. But it so looks the same as NY1.

ISO Jersey & San Diego pins.
the NY is navy blue, tough to see the difference but its there. put NY Chi and LA under a good light you'll see the difference

Did the artist say she would sign these in the original sale?

What kind of shit is the artist pulling? She's going to get hit with a ton of refund requests for selling something that doesn't match the OG description. Not to mention the damage.

You should be able to get your money back from your credit card used on ebay by filing a dispute or ebay themselves once I believe 7 days go by.
Poor girl just blew a huge opportunity, I feel bad for her.
