    Is it weird that I’m looking forward to this anticipation? Has the pandemic messed me up so bad that the things I used to dread are a sign of normal and thus okay?

    I think it's because of all the nervousness surrounding crossing the border in the pandemic.   If I win tickets, it'll be my first time to the mainland since February of 2020.
