    It can. I just did it actually. The little 2-Day "card" jawn is chipped. You can activate your wristband on the website. Not sure what it does, but it says it makes it easier/faster to get in and out. And also register a CC.

    Pretty good, not good, not good. 

    I know all bets are off given that it’s the first show back off a forced hiatus, but it’s still a festival, and there’s a whole album of new material. The Collectors are probably walking away disappointed from this one.
