From Jeff Ament during the Kyle Meredith interview
"We have a few things penciled in for next year. Hopefully this [COVID-19] variant and whatever's going on with the vaccinations and all that stuff, hopefully, we've turned a corner. It feels like we're sort of still teetering on the edge of this thing. If we turn a corner, then hopefully we hit late winter, early spring with a tour, or a leg, at least. We're jonesing to do it. And most of the shows that we have to make up for — the two legs, the European leg and the U.S. leg — most of those shows, they're indoors."

Being married to a teacher, I still can't make it to the encore Ohana shows during the school year, so a couple of shows in the Midwest in the Fall would have been very welcomed. At least we are getting some tentative confirmation for the rescheduled 2020 shows for early 2022.
Glad to see they added a couple extra shows. Good stuff.

"I just don't know if I wanna go out and do 30 shows where you're checking vaccination cards. Hopefully we can be smart enough that, again, we can just turn a corner and, by March, we're rocking and everybody can feel good about traveling and getting 20 thousand people into a space."
This band isn't going to do indoor shows (which the majority of the rescheduled ones are) with folks having to show a vaccination card to get in. Right now - due to the wonderful misguided propaganda in this country - we're not remotely close to getting to a point where PJ plays an indoor show feeling comfortable with jam packing everyone into a venue. Note: He also mentions March; I'd have to guess that's best case scenario.
or you can come to terms and realize you're the only one who can forgive yourself oh yeah... makes much more sense to live in the present tense...
SNA is definitely better if you can afford it or have some nice routes that go there
The nonstop for $99 RIC to LAX was too cheap for me to pass up, but I’ll look to fly home from SNA Sunday
