I have to admit, I wasn’t convinced that this was a great choice of image, but this is looking great. Congrats to those who scored one!

Anything for you guys.  And to cut down on the PM’s, yes, that’s Ed.  Not Thor or the Gorton’s Fisherman.

I thought it sort of looked like Val Kilmer at the end of the Doors movie.

I guess they oversold by a very small amount, and there will be ~ 8 signed but unnumbered copies.
Where did you see this? I didn’t see this reported on any of KH’s social media feeds. JW.

Good to hear.  Would have sucked to get an oversold email.

If you get an unnumbered one in the poster world. Is it worth less than face. I would think a s/n would be more valuable.

I’ll be eagerly checking the Framed Poster thread to see when one of these gets framed up!

Backgrounds that are out of focus are fun to draw but this one is particularly challenging. Not only do I need to ensure very soft transitions in values (since there are no hard lines anywhere), but the structure in background is quite intricate so I need to pay close attention to capture the actual design accurately. C'mon

  • Ah, looks like Keegan didn't choose the image, it was a EV and DC call.

    That’s some talent right there.

So now that we know what the image is. What is everyone’s preference on where Eddie should sign the poster? And in what color of marker?

My guess is he will sign somewhere near the artists signature. Similarly to some fine art print. And I’m also guessing it’s signed in pencil

All of Keegan’s other prints have signatures on the art itself.  Black or silver marker.  Fairly big signatures for some of the guys too.  We’ll see.

If I paid 500. I'd like the signature to be somewhat of the feature without being too much. Will be fun to see how it comes out.

The larger and more prominent the signature the better.  Thats the reason any of us spent $500 dollars on this so go big with it.
