    No, not a provocation, I am just interested in cutting beneath the shit. Maybe I weigh 300 pounds and I'm simply lonely...OR, maybe I am a 30 year old female who wants to be reassured that a life of pain can be validated and reshaped into something worthy...or maybe I am 12 and trying to get a rise. Can't we TALK. No wonder wars are still fought to this day.

    Hahaha, I dunno if its cuz i havent slept in a few days and have been studying non stop for finals...but i found that really funny. Thanks for the laugh!

    When it comes to lyrical interpretations, you can't find anyone suckier than me. I used to get horrible grades on all my poetry analysis papers and book analyses back in high school.

    However, i think Alive is the only song that I thought I understood. I thought it was just about how Ed was fooled into thinking that his stepfather was his real father and didnt find out who his real father was till he died. To me it's a song about hope. About how after everything he's gone through, and everything he's had to deal with...he's still alive.

    I dunno, I could be way off here, but that's just what I think.
