    Just use a mail forwarding service like Shipito. I use it all the time on the rare occasions when US sellers refuse European shipping.

    Yes, you are correct! I never saw the band-signed version - didn't read about it until 8 hours after the fact. I think the standard blue & red poster will look great hanging next to the "red chrome" variant.
