Was thinking about this last night and was chuckling at Buckle Up and River cross. Could be, maybe I'm way off base. Also considered that people who put those entries in might have been joking...

Long Road makes sense, as (always) does Release.
River Cross is a good song for what it is, but a snooze fest in a live setting, especially first show back after all this. I saw it live at an Ed show in 2017 and it was definitely...different. Can’t see it translating well at a PJ show.

Would be like him opening solo, wouldn't it? Just odd.

For sure. I’m sure they’re going to play it at some shows when they hit the road again. Will be interesting.

I think they ll play it in the first encore, kind of like a future days. Yaaaaaaawwwwwwnnnnnn
I am definitely curious to see whether or not WMA (full version) makes a consistent return to the set list. Such a great tune that should have always been played - but even more so now.

Whatever it is, I hope it's something fast! Love when they get the crowd going with something like Corduroy, Go, Why Go, etc...
Some others have mentioned Alright as well. I can see where that has the same type of vibe as other slow burn type openers. Honestly, it's not one of my favorites on Gigaton and I don't see where it fits into a set without taking the air out of the room (outside of first where there is no air in the room yet).

This is embarrassing for me to point out to all of you...
Oh, oh, I, I, I, I'm still Alive...
clearly Alive is their opener after all this.
Hmmm... might not be on the list considering all the people that are not Alive due to the pandemic. Kind of like when the band didn’t play Alive the entire 2000 US Tour until the last show due to Roskilde.

Still agree with "Who ever said"...the walk on intro with the "pulse" if you will..the break downs in the song are great to really get the crowd going (not that it will be needed).
