Pearl Jam 2020 European Tour Postponed

O2 would be a nice addition in my view.  Of course a confirmed date any time anywhere would be welcome news.  Even if they publish new dates, I don’t think anything can be considered confirmed at the moment.  Medical science needs to step up.

Yeah, it's not a stretch to think that there might still be restrictions in place next summer. 

I really don't like the O2. IMO it's a soul-less echo chamber that's a complete arse of a venue to get to and from unless you have a hotel within walking distance. The scrum to get on the tube after gigs there is just ridiculous.

I really liked the sound in the O2 in 2009 - I was standing about middle to back when they opened with 'Release' and I thought the sound travelled very well! Dunno if we were just lucky for that gig but I thought the acoustics were great!

Got an email from AXS saying still in discussions with 2020 headliners for 2021 Hyde Park Calling. Update 13 May. Tix transferable if rebooked...

I got that AXS email too and I went ahead and requested a refund. I don't want to wait until May 13th for them to confirm PJ will be on slate next summer. So many of my plans for this summer have been postponed to next year, so I need to see how dates fall for rescheduled stuff before I commit. But just as soon as I can confirm I can attend Hyde Park next year, I'll do it.

They were sold via Ticketmaster so we need to wait for their refund policy. (If you have 2 GA that you're looking to get money back on I'd be interested in buying them as I'm hopeful for a rearranged date and will get a refund on my seats)

The way I read it is that they're going to announce the returning headliners on May 13th.

Sounds like we should know either way by the 13th May. I'd have thought there is a good chance PJ will be back. BST takes place over multiple weekends so theres a lot of flexibility.

Really curious what the new run is going to look like. If they do not put Krakow, Budapest, Zurich back to back again that is going to mess up a lot of peoples trips I would imagine.

Yeah, there's a lot rescheduled tours and festivals announced right know - I wonder what's taking them so long.

There are probably negotiations with promoters etc. before they can finalize the changes.  They may also be taking a wait and see approach on vaccines and treatments.

I booked my flights with a shady 3rd party travel website and just got an email for a credit for 24 months. Very relieved!

Iron Maiden at Berlin Waldbuhne on 6/30 next year. Hopefully PJ within day or two of this date. Should be if they keep the same running order, with Stockholm Lolla following Berlin

If Rock Werchter sticks to the same weekend as in 2020, that would be before Stockholm. All speculation at this point of course. And they may skip Werchter if that’s the case

I would expect Copenhagen to be on 6/29 or 6/30.

Any other shows I had tickets for that rescheduled to 2021 have so far kept the same day as opposed to date, i.e 2nd Tuesday of the month etc.

Oh God I hope they return to Werchter. I had built my 3 shows around the Wercher festival this year, then as soon as I had everything booked.....

If Werchter and Stockholm are the same weekend it could be Copenhagen 6/30, Werchter 7/2, Stockholm 7/4.
