I'm looking for 2 tickets to Nashville.  Has anyone figured out how this Fan-to-Fan Face Value Ticket Exchange thing works?  It was supposed to go live today.

I've been trying to write a version of this post that's not overly harsh towards people who are desperately looking for tickets, but: is it not clear, from even just a cursory glance at this forum and the several threads on this topic, that the answer to this question is "no"?
