    good question.  i think you log into tm, but I don't know how if knows that you are eligible.

    I am already logged on into TM and as you said, I dont know how I cam make sure I am elegible. I am a 10c member

    There is no eligibility. The fan 2 fan sales are public.

    sorry about the dumb follow up question, but once I am logged into TM, where do I go to access F2F exchange once it opens or how can I tell is live.

    No one is 100% sure but we believe it will be on each shows main ticket page that either says its sold out right now or has tickets available. There is a chance they will open up a whole new system that just deals with F2F. If this happens it will be fairly obvious here as links will be posted.
