    I'm getting the opposite -- cell rings and then "all circuits are busy," landline does nothing at all.

    So I was caller 4 and then caller 16. I called again and thought I won, because I started talking when the station guy Andrew was asking questions.  The weird thing was that I was in the background during the whole conversation for the guy Dan who just won.  No one could hear me, but I heard the whole conversation.  WTF.  My heart was racing.  Dammit!!
