Pretty silly if you ask me to play the live version
Pretty mean to play a live version
Or...it's an indicator of first play time. I think it was about an hour after they did this earlier this week, maybe yesterday?
Yeah, it was yesterday. These days all blend together now😅

I was taking a couple of my kids to school this morning and we were listening for the song of the week on PJ satellite radio. Yellow Ledbetter comes on. My 6th grader says, "Dad, he sounds like a minion on this song. You know where they make sounds but they're not really words?"
    So true, so true

    That’s hilarious!

My almost 3 year old has gotten into the habit of asking me the names of songs he hears that he likes. When Ledbetter was on, he asked me the name, and then told me he likes it!  WooHoo!

Then again, he also likes when my wife plays Taylor Swift for him, so there is still work to do.

I've always thought of his voice as more like another instrument in songs like that. There are a few singers who can truly do that, and he is one of them for sure.

IMO if your 3 year old likes pop songs and Disney soundtracks you're on the right track. Parents these days want their toddlers to have the tastes of cool adults but that's not how you get to be an adult who has cool tastes. If you want them to have a lifelong love of music (whatever kind of music they end up liking) you need to let them build up to it.

The song titles.  Present Tense, Got Some, Missing...
Just joking.  I’m trying to intentionally read into it wrong, and accuse the station of playing song titles to make fun of us waiting for chance to call in and win tickets

I'm actually starting to like songs i didn't care for before because of Sirius XM.  my PJ playlist is totally different from theirs.  i've been adding songs to my playlist these past few weeks,  in hiding is one of them
