Yes you are. I have seen quite a few pairs of tickets pop up only to get beat out instantly, and this is refreshing every two seconds for long stretches LOL. Won’t have time for that today.

This could be a stupid question so I apologise in advance. I have 3 tickets for Toronto, 2 on the floor and 1 in the upper level all on my phone. I assume I'll have no issues in entering the arena together with my two friends and then getting to our seats even though they are in completely different sections?

You’re doing it right. Just haven’t hit it at the right time yet.

Here is a feasible idea. This would absolutely eliminate bots and scalpers. If you won or bought tickets to any show you cannot transfer and there is no bot heavy F2F marketplace. Instead create a button indicating your desire to resell for face value. By clicking this button there is a deadline say 2 weeks before the show to choose to sell. After that time then there is no availability to do anything else with the tickets. Then have 10c members resubmit interest in various shows. Then do a random redraw for the tickets the original purchasers wish to sell. Guaranteed those go to 10c members at face value and allows people to sell them when they do not want to keep them. I know timing may be hard with 2 weeks out and things may happen within those two weeks causing someone to need to sell but that amount of people will be less than the amount of frustrated people wasting time on F2F.

They should only open the F2F exchanges for five hours each day. 

10 min would suffice. Sellers can click the sale button any time. Have all the tickets drop at the same time.

I figured it out.  Was using the App.  Once I went through the web site I was able to change  to a postal code and to Canadian banking.   Thanks for the help foodboy
