    Thank you, but similar problems with that, too (e.g., many comments of people requesting for tickets in spite of knowing it's all down to agility and luck). I guess it's hard to moderate it.

    I saw that ticket.  I need a pair so I didn't take the process to the end.  But I did FINALLY get to step where I enter the credit card code.  Good learning.  I have some hope now.
