I’ve been a 10c member for a long time.

I got shut out multiple times in the last five years. I’ve also been fortunate enough to just go to a concert. I really can’t complain at all, but this show at MSG probably would have been my last if I actually got tickets. Compound that on the fact that the person I was hoping to take is my General Manager that is again going through some horrible cancer impacts. When he returned and then I returned from some very serious medical issues we actually bonded even more by Pearl Jam because he told me he loved the band and then I told him how many concerts I’ve been to and he said he’s never been to any, but the next time we need to go. He’s not doing well again and I got shut out anyway.....

Thank you 10c for your experience in my life, but it’s time to let you go because I can’t keep getting rejected and spending $40 a year for a shirt only. I’ll cherish them always along with my memories.

I can appreciate your frustration. Many are feeling the same way. I would say hang in there, though. A tour year is no time to cancel your membership! I'd be surprised if they didn't add more shows. Plus, there is always the chance of a second leg.
I smile, but who am I kidding...

Are you happy now  ten club ?  goldzepp cannot take his General Manager to a show. Do you see what you've done? ...and after all the ten club shirt cherishing he has done. Sheesh

Seems kind of odd to leave the 10c because you couldn't get tix to the hardest show to get tix for.  Also seems odd to pay $40 when you can pay $20.

I do wish you the best with your medical issues.  I imagine that's tough.

i wouldn't quit just yet. check the fan to fan site. you never know there is always someone who can't make it or even got more tickets than they need through the verified fan sale. also they may come back in the fall. a 20 dollar investment is worth it.

Hang in there OP!  We've all lost in the lottery... some more than others.  But you'll never have a shot at fan club tickets if you drop out.  Also - you can downgrade to the digital membership and it will only cost $20.

Hey OP, the best show by a mile in NYC during March is SSPU at Brooklyn Steel. Technically not NYC but the place will be rocking (for those who still rock) and it's a short hop on the L.

As a teacher I am a mandated reporter. I know a few others are here as well. Now I am legally obligated to file a report of abuse because in his original claim he stated "I got a hot unlubrictaed shaft straight up my bum."

Toledo, 1996 - is the only show I never got tickets for a show I wanted to go to.
Every other PJ show I wanted to go to, I got tickets for. No, I didn't win the 10C lottery every time, but the times I didn't I found another way. Fenway Night 1 2016, lost 10C, bought off of Stub Hub (reasonable price)
Moline 2014, lost 10C, found a 10C buddy to sell one
Chicago 2006, lost 10C, found a buddy to sell his
Nashville 2003, lost 10C, bought them thru TicketMaster

You can always find a way.
