I'm not there yet (in terms of comfort level).  Doing it at home and outside. Using the new desk treadmill for much of the winter was kinda lame but the biking in good weather has been terrific and better than what I used to do at the gym.  Plus I can stop telling myself that I'm going to start lifting again "any day now."

I've had one haircut in 15 months.  I'm dangerously close to flashing back to my early 1990s mullet. I suppose, barring bad stuff happening, I will have made it thought with one masked haircut!
I quit the gym a few years back because it was such a pain to get there after we moved out of the city. My wife joined Beach Body. Yeah, yeah, I know, but it has some really great work out programs. I was highly skeptical and thought it would be a complete joke, but it's not. We've got some dumbbells and bands for the various workouts. Biggest expense is the initial weight set-up if you don't have any, but it beats paying $40/mo for something I didn't make fit in to my schedule. Now I can squeeze it in from the comfort of my own home after work or in the morning. It's pretty sweet.
    It's a hopeless situation...

Recently got my 2nd haircut in past 15 months, had gone from Sept 29 till May 26, aside from some self trimming at the front to keep it out my eyes. Wasn't as long as my grunge days, but longest it had been in over 2 decades, stylist earned her money that day.

The man who does my hair is a stylist too but I call him “my hair guy”.  Just saw him a few hours ago! Does a head good.

Beach body is no joke. P90x is what started me exercising 11 years ago.  Tons of great videos and as long as you can stay motivated at home, it’s excellent

I got my second dose today. First was AZ, second Pfizer.

Looking forward to the apparently shitty side effects.

Now I just need to get Moderna to complete my collection!

    Thanks science!

Shit. I never thought about that. Am I going to have to stay away from hard drives for the rest of my days too? Wouldn't wanna wipe any data.

Surely Bill Gates woulda programmed that out?

The vaccine might be causing heart inflammation in people aged 16-24. CDC is holding an emergency meeting.

Canada finally makes an announcement of sorts about a plan to share vaccine doses, or at least an announcement about an upcoming announcement. Up to 100 million.

I'm pretty sure I read just today that the incident rate on that is 16 in every million.  Seems quite low.

Well whatever it is, it’s warranting an “emergency meeting.” And the hospitalization rate of people in that age range contracting covid is probably pretty low too. Yet colleges are demanding their students get the vaccine.

    Myocarditis isn't contagious.

That’s not what I’m saying. I’m saying young people that might not have needed the vaccine are being advised to get it (or forced by their colleges), and they might develop myocarditis from it.
