so this is why i never received an email?!?!

ok so i have finally got the answer of why i got no emails. my order was canceled! my wife and i both requested our tix with our own presale codes and different credit cards, but they said because the billing address was the same they canceled my order. this if BS!!!! i read the fine print and it does not say this anywhere! thanks TM

    That's interesting.   10c memberships are per person, but TM's gig limits are per household?  Conflict created problems?

    This doesn't add up.. my wife and I both submitted for tickets and both won, same address but different card numbers

    You had to sign in to TM... if you didn't you were already signed in..and if your wife used the same computer it would have been submitted with the same TM account

    Different TM accounts as only 2 tickets per "user" were allowed

    You might not like it, but I think you got your answer. 2 different people with the same email were applying for tickets so they canceled it.

    I had the same thing happen, I entered for Bal BA for my account and my wife put in for Bal GA on her account after my entry, it canceled my entry.... I only have one TM account - I only received one rejection on her entry......

    so the software saw the same account but not the different codes?! seems fishy it should kicked it back. its a bad programming issue....
