  • Any idea if copying and pasting your code would trigger a “bot type” cancellation?

Good question...I had the picture verification come up because I kept on refreshing.
  • ISO Baltimore ticket. They didn’t give me a presale code. Good luck everyone!

I have no idea if this VF presale will be different but the VF presales I have done in the past codes for one city could be used for any city and they weren’t tied to TM account except for Bruce Springsteen Broadway shows which codes were tied to TM accounts. This could be the same as Springsteen I have no idea. Just giving my experience in the past. Good luck to everyone.
They sent one unique code per show

"You will only be allowed to shop for the shows listed above. If you try to shop for a different show, you will get an error message and will not be able to proceed to the Waiting Room."
This certainly could be correct I haven’t done a VF presale in awhile but they used similar wording in the past and I was able to use my code for a different city. Hopefully most people got codes for the city they want tickets for.

For *s and giggles, I clicked on the a show I was not verified for and tried to join the waiting room. It wouldn't let me. So, yes, as the email states, your code is only good for the show(s) listed.

In my experience no. But it’s been awhile since I have done one of these. I would be prepared to type it in if you have too. The biggest thing that will determine if you get tickets is what number you get assigned to pick tickets. I hate the little man that slowly goes across the screen.

You use the code when you get to the head of the queue and choose tickets, it will ask for your presale code before searching

FYI for those thinking they can use codes from a different show.  I was verified for PHX, and when trying to join MSG waiting room I got a message that I'm not verified for that event.  Never even got to the point of entering the code I got.  I wasn't actually going to try for tickets, just wanted to see what would happen.

You should be on a page that says “thank you for joining the waiting room” and a countdown to the queue opening, when that opens you’ll see a little blue man walking a line with how many people are in front of you in the queue. Don’t refresh or you lose your place.
