When I finally got in, I entered my code and got a pop-up that said "if you proceed you will go back to the beginning of the queue". I canceled, then tried to put the code in again. Got the same message, so this time I clicked "confirm" and got sent back to the line.
I don’t need tickets but wanted to see how the process worked. Some observations (used mobile):
1. Couldn’t find a best available filter. It was either “All Tickets” or “Top Seats”. Top Seats did not appear to work like Best Avail, I have no idea what it did actually. 2. Map and scrolling through sections are the choices. I tooled around for awhile trying to pick the best section. When I went to basket the good tickets, I got the “Sorry! Another fan has already purchased these.” 3. Next I just basketed whatever the first choice was. I believe the timer was 3 mins to purchase. I canceled out. 4. Somehow I kicked myself out of the ticket selection screen. I had to go back in the queue. I’ve been stuck at “1 person in front of you” for maybe 5-8 min. 5. I was 2k plus in the queue and all of the tickets avail in MSG when I get in were behind the bowl.
Hope this helps someone for tomorrow. Best strategy is basket something quickly and purchase ASAP.

We'll it's a wrap on MSG. Here's the current map. I guess I'll try again during the regular onsale or wait for potential second 2020 East Coast Leg. Congrats to those who got in!

For msg i was in pretty fast all things considered (10:06) and there was only every section behind the stage available to buy.
The first number that popped up at 10:00 was "1 person waiting in front of you". Section 114 at the side of the stage but just starting to angle "behind" was the best available.
Saw the message that other fans beat me to my tickets about twenty times, before finally managing to get three nosebleed seats in Ottawa. My buddy and I have been trying to see PJ for years, and my girlfriend is coming along too! I CAN'T WAIT!
MSG is only singles behind the stage at this point... I think it was only behind the stage when I made it in about 10:15
THAT is your fan presale. Only behind the stage tix.
Well played TM, well played.
It's probably because ten club got so many tickets, not because they're saving them for tomorrow. They were already sold is my guess. Good luck tomorrow!

everyone should note USUALLY VF is a limited amount of tickets and the general on sale tomorrow with all more tickets. I say USUALLY since 10C got more tix this time around so who knows. Its just like any pre sale code you get from a radio station, live nation, etc. only certain section and limited tickets

Honestly this shouldn't be a bad thing though. It was clear 10C gobbled up the best seats and had the most available. A lot of us missed out on that but better for 10C than public sale IMO. Tomorrow's sale might be some of the remaining seats beyond 10C in front of the stage.

What a fucking joke Ticketmaster is. Hey here’s a special code for a Fan verified presale where we offere the best seats in the house which is level 400 directly behind the stage. Enjoy.
That was a bit of a mess - 2000+ people ahead of me, seats disappearing in the blink of an eye, more "Sorry..." messages than I could count - but finally managed to get two to Baltimore up in the 300s.
If it doesn't say sold out, usually that means someone else has them in their que, and is trying to purchase them. Lots of them time out, and get dropped back in. Don't give up too quickly. For safeco, tickets still popped up almost 2 hours later, if I remember correctly.
