And that should mean those who have Baltimore as #1 SHOULD score tickets?

Yes.  And if not, then there’s a massive glitch with the lottery.

Incorrect. The name is pulled first and tickets are assigned then by ga, rs, or ba

Can we see the request-confirmation email and the ticket-allocation email? I ask not because I don't trust you, but because if there is a glitch in the system, some evidence (so we have something tangible) would be good if people want to complain to 10c.

So are you saying that they draw names and tickets are assigned no matter what your Priority order? That doesn't make sense for instance for GA if someone gets tickets with their second choice that should mean that everyone who selected GA first priority should have gotten tickets. I know that it looks like their have been exceptions to that but that should be the general idea I believe.

Don’t think so. I think what they’re doing is GA first and using the pool of people who picked GA only and BA (which implies GA as priority). Then once that’s filled they’ll do reserves with the people who picked Reserved only and the remaining BA selectors.

Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.

Disagree, but doesn't really matter.  It is what it is.
