The fact McCready said it was "confusing" album to make leads me to believe there will be little if any guitars on this album which could be very troublesome (Chris Cornell's 'Scream', anyone?)
Radiohead more or less ditched guitars 20 years ago, so it could also be sublime. (Not to be confused with Sublime.)
Another AN article where they just lift from the forum and with a clickbaity NIN reference to boot.
Then stop sharing links...
I'm sure people would like to see themselves being quoted.
Of course they do. They say they hate it but can't stop commenting about it. Couldn't be more obvious. I had never heard of the site before until I read about it here. So here is some more free advertising. Please visit www.alternativenation.net
When did I say I hate it? I laugh at their ineptitude and actively share examples of it. If they make 14 cents off our clicks, they're welcome to it.

If you use SoundHound, it doesn’t recognize the song or album, and doesn’t suggest it’s PJ. Shazam sources the YouTube clip in order to ID the clip. Not convinced yet that this is PJ
The hosts of this podcast are a DC radio station DJ and a Sony rep. Sounds legit. The additional info adds legitimacy.

While talented, I don't think PJ's band members are that musically inclined to produce non-guitar driven music. Songs that have a lot of piano are very basic (LBC, Wasted Reprise). Mike and Ed seem to be learning piano lately and I don't know that I've ever heard Matt or Stone talk about playing the piano.

They didn’t ditch them at all. They’re stIll a guitar band, they just use them differently from most other rock bands.

I'm not a fan of Radiohead post 1997. Hahaha. Seriously. :-)
I bought everything up to ok computer. Controversial opinion but lost interest with everything after, thought of going back and giving the other stuff a try. I picked up Hail to the Thief and the Com Lag EP when they were cheap but Ive probably listened to them once. Where should I go post ok computer everyone.

Hail To The Thief.....some of their best work, IMO. Amazing production too. In Rainbows is really good too. DO IT!
Agree! I love Radiohead. In Rainbows is absolutely amazing. Anyone who stopped listening after OK Computer has missed out, IMO. But agree that different people have different tastes.
So does DoC just show up on Spotify at midnight tonight? How / when is it released?
They said the 22nd.
thought is was the 21st?
That’s what Universal said in a mail. Someone posted about a radio station (in Seattle?) to debut it at 9pm on the 21st, so basically the 22nd for most

Hail to the Thief has great stuff on it. There There is a defining Radiohead tune.
I really like A Moon Shaped Pool. There is a lot of good guitar on there.

I fear the band is trying to sound super modern and we all know how well 50 years old trying to be hip and modern usually goes. Hahaha.
If they are using playback and pre-recorded parts it will be a bummer.

I just wish for the more experimental Jack Irons Era PJ. Maybe they tried channeling that...
