I understand that there is random COVID testing at all US/CAN boarders, but is there any mandatory quarentine while waiting for any test results?

No just if you test positive. And if you are driving you can drive home with no quarantine.

Thank you for the info!! Those random tests they give, I understand it may take a few days to even get a result?

Ontario Provincial Police will be patrolling the roadways over the Labour Day long weekend and the area inbound has plenty of traps so be mindful of your cruising speed on the drive in.
To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

If you drive less than 120 on the 401 you get honked at

This is true.  No one will get pulled over going 120.  After that your asking for trouble.

I am cancelling this Airbnb right now if anyone is interested in picking it up. I am not sure how it works with cancelations though when it becomes available again.

That's why I mentioned cruising speed...don't visibly be speeding ahead of the pack.

They’ll have signs taped to the doors or just look for the line of people camped out.
