Dimi - any luck with one of these - STL 4/4, Des Moines @ Wells Fargo 4/6, Minneapolis - Target Center 4/8?
This, is what I would really like to know!
There was this earlier: "Sticking with NHL references/clues, I’d like to see an AVALANCHE up close and personal (just not too close ). I’d also like to see a COYOTE in the WILD...such cool PREDATORS!"

This must mean a Minneapolis show.
I don’t remember seeing this clue? From Dimi?
I don’t remember it either. Didn’t he shoot down Minneapolis a while ago?

That was a wishlist from someone. It wasn't a clue.

That was my post looking for clues on rumored cities. 3 out of 4 came to fruition. No dice on Minny.

Anyone thinking of renting a car from Toronto and doing all of the rumoured Canadian shows? It would be roughly 1900 km's in total. We can get a van at the airport for $300 or a Corrolla downtown for $250 from Mar19th to the 25th. That is a pretty cheap option with multiple people chipping in for gas. It is early but send me a pm on your travel plans and maybe we can get a group or two together and make a fun road trip out of this.
How much to get me from my hotel to the venue?
I'll ride the wave where it takes me......

Fuck where you are staying I am shocked they do not have a chauffeur for you lol. I will drive you if you let me sit in your 100K tenclub seat. The girls can have fun at the back.

    Minnesota show would be fantastic.

There hasn't been anything said thumbs up or thumbs down on Mpls or St. Paul.

My guess is anything in the Midwest gets nothing for the rest of PJ's career as long as they are so beholden to Wrigley. Been there, done that, like so many of us.

Not that it is a short distance from Minny, but St. Louis is getting a show and is Midwest.  I'd bet there will be more Midwest shows in the Fall leg, Wrigley aside.

That would be sweet, but why would they tour a region so soon after a show at Wrigley Field?

It seems like Wrigley represents a whole region of the U.S. for the band.

Tough to say, but if the Fall leg looks anything like the Spring leg in terms of number of shows and regions covered, it's hard to imagine they wouldn't include one or some of:  Iowa, Minny, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio.  If they think Wrigley checks all of those boxes, then I don't know.  Let's hope.

    Current guess:

    3.18 Q
    3.20 ott
    3.23 ham
    3.25 toro
    3.27 balt
    3.30 nyc
    4.2 nash
    4.4 stl
    4.6 den
    4.8 az
    4.10 ca
    4.12 la
    4.13 la
    4.15 ca

Dimi (& I think someone who works for MLSE)  pretty much confirmed Toronto starts the tour on the 18th.
Haven’t been able to keep up

NYC can’t be one show right? Imagine they add one 3/29 of above is true?
NYC is going to be one show
My math is pretty weak but if that list is right they are doing 4 shows in the 7 days surrounding the 2 LA shows.

In the 7 days surrounding the "single" NY date, only 2 shows. Even if a 2 song SNL performance is in there that's a lot of off days for the east in comparison to the west.

Looks like I'll be saving a few extra bucks this Summer then.  Zero desire to ever go to Lolla again.

As A cubs fan the Wrigley shows are mecca for me...no freaking way I'll do the festival.

All sorts of scuttlebutt on the DMB sites that DMB is skipping Hartford in 2020 and will be at Mohegan Sun instead.  I can kinda see PJ doing a one off there, too.  U2 just played there recently I think.

Tool played there in November as well. Good venue for a show.

Yeah, as much as I'd like to see them play the UC instead of Wrigley, I'll take Wrigley every day of the week over Lolla.

It’s a great place to see a show but it only holds about 10k for a concert. Not many bad seats.
    96 Hartford
    98 Hartford
    10 Hartford
    13 Hartford
    14 Denver
    16 MSG 1+2, Fenway 2

What about PJ playing Gilford, NH?  DMB and other bands play there.
  • PJNBPJNB Posts: 13,436
We know there are only 2 east coast dates in the US this spring. There are plenty of options in the fall where they can go especially if MSG is not in the picture if they do decide to tour then.
